The complex will consist of two buildings with a total of 49 apartments, ranging in size from 39 to 99 square metres. This means that everyone will find a place to suit their needs and finances. Located in dune forests between the sea and a lake, the buildings have a simple but carefully designed look. The area is fully enclosed, with a guarded entry gate, CCTV surveillance and security staff on hand. There is a designated person in charge of short-term holiday rentals.
